FAQ
-
How is soap made?
We craft our soaps using the traditional cold-process method. Natural oils, butters, and lye are carefully combined, then blended with essential oils and, when desired, natural colorants. Poured into molds, cut and cured for several weeks, each bar preserves nourishing oils, resulting in a gentle, long-lasting soap free from synthetic additives.
-
What oils and butters are in the soap?
Our soaps are crafted with nourishing blends of natural oils and butters, including coconut oil for cleansing, olive oil for gentle moisturizing, shea butter for rich hydration, cocoa butter for skin softness, and castor oil for a creamy lather. These ingredients work together to create a bar that cleanses, nourishes, and cares for your skin naturally.
-
How should I store my soap to make it last longer?
Keep your soap dry between uses by using a well-draining soap dish. Avoid leaving it in standing water or a constantly wet area. Storing unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight will help maintain their hardness, fragrance, and longevity.
-
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients, including nourishing oils and butters, and free from synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals. While everyone’s skin is unique, most people with sensitive skin find them soothing and non-irritating. You can always patch test if you’re unsure.

What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Our custom orders typically require 6–8 weeks to ensure each item is carefully handcrafted and meets our quality standards. This allows time for small-batch production, curing (for soaps), and thoughtful packaging so your custom order arrives perfect and ready to enjoy.

What essential oils do you use, and are they safe for pets?
We use carefully selected essential oils, such as lavender and cedarwood in our products. Our dog soaps are specifically formulated to be safe for dogs. Other products are not guaranteed to be safe for pets, so we recommend keeping them out of reach of animals.
